A 4 Point Inspection is a type of inspection that is required by your insurance carrier for a home that is 20 years or older (typically).  The purpose of this inspection is to determine the age and condition of the Plumbing System, Heating/Cooling System, Electrical System, and Roof. Each section of this form requires photo documentation. Unlike the Wind Mitigation Form, there are no discounts given after completing this inspection.  It will allow you to obtain or keep your policy, however.
